Disclosure requirements

All partners must clearly disclose their relationship with Wildfield Herbs when sharing affiliate links, discount codes, gifted products, sponsored content, or paid partnerships.

Examples of acceptable disclosures include:

• "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."
• "Gifted by Wildfield Herbs."
• "Paid partnership with Wildfield Herbs."
• "I earn a commission from purchases made through this link."

Disclosures should be easy to notice and placed close to the recommendation, link, or discount code.

Health & wellness claims

Partners must not make medical claims or suggest that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Please avoid claims such as:

• "Cures anxiety"
• "Treats depression"
• "Prevents illness"
• "Heals IBS"
• "Balances hormones"
• "Treats insomnia"
• "Cures inflammation"
• "Works like medicine"

Approved-style messaging may include general wellness language such as:

• "A cozy herbal tea for your evening routine"
• "A simple addition to your daily wellness ritual"
• "Designed to support a calm lifestyle"
• "A great fit for mindful self-care routines"
• "A caffeine-free option for your nighttime ritual"
• "A herbal wellness product made for everyday routines"

Paid traffic policy

Media buyers and paid traffic partners are welcome to apply. Paid campaigns must follow our brand guidelines and may require additional approval. Unless approved in writing, partners may not:

• Bid on Wildfield Herbs branded keywords
• Use Wildfield Herbs trademarks in ad copy in a misleading way
• Direct-link paid ads using an affiliate link
• Run ads that make medical, exaggerated, or misleading claims
• Use fake urgency, fake discounts, or false scarcity
• Impersonate Wildfield Herbs or suggest that an ad is an official brand ad

Coupon & deal site policy

Deal sites, coupon sites, and shopping platforms are welcome to apply. Coupon and deal partners must only promote approved offers, active discount codes, and accurate deal information. Partners may not advertise expired, fake, unauthorized, or misleading coupons.

Prohibited activities

Partners may not engage in:

• Cookie stuffing
• Self-referrals
• Fraudulent transactions
• Fake leads or fake orders
• Misleading claims
• Unauthorized discount codes
• Spam email campaigns
• Misleading redirects
• Trademark abuse
• Impersonation of Wildfield Herbs
• Use of false reviews or fake testimonials
• Any activity that violates platform rules, advertising laws, or consumer protection guidelines

Content quality

We value authentic, honest, and responsible promotion. Partners should only share truthful experiences and avoid exaggerated claims. Wildfield Herbs reserves the right to remove partners whose promotional methods do not align with our brand, compliance standards, or program rules.

Commission terms

Approved partners can earn up to 40% commission on qualified sales. Commission rates may vary based on partner type, campaign terms, traffic quality, promotional method, and performance. Commissions may not be paid on canceled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise invalid orders.

Program approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Wildfield Herbs reviews each application and reserves the right to approve, decline, or remove partners at its discretion.
