Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Due to the nature of our products (herbal teas and liquid extracts), we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item (once approved), and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:

Opened food supplements and consumable products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health protection and hygiene reasons in accordance with EU regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
