Made the tea exactly as described, the taste was not the best. It says its not FDA approved, and there is absolutely no way to know the benifits of this thing right away. They should have included some elements that would make the tea taste better, since it is already infused and not one-material tea. Doesn't feel harmful too. Indifferent towards this product.

The product says echinacea root herb tea, so far I have seen zero roots lol. What is in there seems to be a few petals and the ball of the flower which i would imagine is ok as well but I though this would be a mixture of the plant parts and include some root, if it's in the name. I would still but again as it seems like good quality and bag seemed pretty full.
